Here’s a bit of my story…

A Little Bit About Me

I have been on a personal and spiritual development journey, using holistic therapies and meditation for as long as I can remember. I began my training in the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) in 2014 and The Energy Alignment Method® – EAM in 2017.

I was involved with an organic smallholding for over 20 years while bringing up three children and was an early pioneer of veg box schemes in the early 90s.  I turned to holistic therapies in 2011 to help me through a difficult time in my life and continue to use EFT and EAM in my day-to-day life as well as with my coaching clients.

I am a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) and have many years of experience of living and coping with neurodiversity through my now adult autistic children and their autistic father.

My Approach to Therapy and How I Work

My approach to therapy is with the understanding that everything is energy and that in order to change anything in our lives we first have to change the way we think. As a HSP I am often able to perceive more than is conveyed in words and body language and I use this gift to help inform my client sessions. I use EFT and The Energy Alignment Method®- EAM to help people find the root cause of issues that they can’t discover on their own. I help people to come out of the spiritual closet, accept their gifts, connect to their authentic selves, and have confidence to live life on their own terms bringing peace and calm, love, joy, and freedom into their lives and to the world.

What I Do For My Clients

EFT is a practical self-help methodology that involves using the fingers to gently tap on the body’s acupuncture points along the meridian lines of Chinese medicine. It is often referred to as ‘EFT Tapping’ or simply as ‘Tapping’.

EAM is also an internationally recognised complementary therapy. It is a simple transformative 5 step self-help technique designed to shift energy, thoughts, and emotions so you can change your life experience. EAM allows you to easily tune into your own energy and get clarity on the underlying issue. Which means you discover what is really holding you back.

The therapeutic effects of these techniques are recognized around the world and can be used for anxiety, weight loss issues, physical or emotional pain, stress, overwhelm, and many other issues.
