One to One Sessions
Stop trying to lose weight and start living...
Over the course of three 90 minute sessions we will find and let go of the old programming and mindset that is standing in the way of you achieving your goals.
We will take a look into your past to resolve the root cause of your weight gain, any dysfunctional relationships with your body or with food.
You will learn how to connect to your body to understand what foods and exercise it needs to be naturally slim and healthy.
The time between each session is arranged to suit you, allowing you time to process and assimilate any healing or learnings.
One-Day Online Workshop
During this 6-hour workshop you will be guided to explore and change the thoughts and beliefs you have about your body, diet and exercise and reasons why you are overweight.
In a small group you will be able to share your experiences and new learnings.
By the end of the day you will have the tools you need to change any negative thoughts and beliefs that are holding you back and know how to let your body guide you to make healthy food and exercise choices that support you to have a naturally slim and healthy body.
3 Day Workshop
Join us for a three-day residential workshop in the UK...
…where you can take more time to release all those limiting beliefs, go deeper into the reasons why your weight has been an issue for you and reconnect to your body. You’ll have the opportunity to connect with others on the same journey and be supported by an energy alignment coach.
